Multi-Misfires/High Returns on Product

After installing product on my 2004 GTO LS1 I was able to get approx 4 hours drive time before I started getting misfires. Analysis confirmed multiple intermittent misfires. Installation of the MSD LS Coil Harness made no difference. There is a high rate of returns on this product. MSD LS1 GM replacement coils

Ran these on my LSI Road race car with 400 HP LS1. Shortly after install started missing, called MSD and the "Tech" suggested I run a 1/0 ground wire from my battery at the back to my block,,,WHAT,,,, I told him my motor mounts were steel as was the chassis, and assured him grounding was NOT the issue, he insisted I add 4 pounds of copper weight to my car, I returned to online seller got refund, went back to stock coils and problem solved ...read more

This was hard to purchase after reading some negative reviews. But I did anyways after many years of good luck with MSD. I added the hot wire kit from MSD, plug wires then installed the coils.
