Manufactured in the USA, Street Fire wires feature 8mm silicone and synthetic jackets to resist heat and abrasion, silicone boots to protect against high exhaust temperatures, and an Aramid core to provide great strength and durability. Note: I just love MSD ignition system products and that might cause me to be biased! Went through a couple-few sets of Bosch Platinum+4 plugs and many, many miles before I had just one of these fail a resistance reading and replaced the whole set. Of course it was the #8... Installation of wires and plugs on these engines, especially the #8 is never easy so that's the reason for my ease of installation score. They're not super fancy, so the appearance score is 4. I think there are 'better' wires offered from the same manufacturer, but if you are not street racing and want to save money in this application (without buying the rock bottom wires), these are just great. Make sure to use the MSD coil instead of the stock blaster coil to make these nice wires worth it. ...read more
