Easy install ignition box

I put this ignition box in my 65 Riviera yesterday. The car runs great. Although it ran good before, it now has better throttle response and a little more power. It's very easy to wire, and comes with good instructions and wiring connectors. One thing you are not told is this won't work with a high impedence coil {1.5 +}. I had to change to a MSD blaster coil {Part #8202} with a .7 imp. for the car to run.Overall I'm happy with this product. Summit is great to deal with and, delivery is fast and on time. ...read more

Installed this product on my 1968 camaro with a 327cid. Took about 2 hours. That's including time to do a proper job of running and making wiring nice and neat. Car started right up and ran great. It even got rid of the rough idle the car had and throttle response was much improved. This a great product at a price you can't beat.

I bought this to replace an old msd 6A that finally gave up on me. I'm running a procharger with 10 pounds of boost on my injected 383. This ignition box has no problem keeping up as i spin the motor to over 6,000 rpm. I noticed no difference between this box and the old 6A. I'm surprised and so far impressed.
